Resumo
I have a master degree in statistics by Uppsala Universities with specialization in econometrics and structural equation models, suitable for Policy and Program Evaluation. As a statistician, I work with qualitative a qualitative data. With more than 6 years of professional experience, I have been involved in some projects in the fields of environment, trade policy, healthy and development. Over the last 6 years I worked as a Data Analyst Consultant for AfDB, M&E Consultant for Ministry of Industry and Commerce, in a project known at EIF of the the WTO, which extends for Enhanced Integrated Framework, aiming at supporting LDCs in their integration on Global Trade. While at AfDB I worked closely with the Project Units Coordinators, Task Manager and Government Sectors. As results, we have managed to improve the overall portfolio performance Similarly, at MIC I had the opportunity to work actively with Government Institutions, Civil Society, Private Sector (PS), Donors and other Coordinating Mechanisms (Private Sector Working Group - PSWG facilitated by USAID, Trade Subcommittee Group and National Trade Facilitation Group - NTFG). As result we concluded the Mozambique Trade Policy Review, statistical manual on the positioning of Mozambique in Global trade 2016, I coordinated with success the preparation of EIF Phase II Tier I 2018/2020.
