Dr. Antonio Candeiro has extensive experience in HIV programs implementation and M&E, including Prevention , Care and Treatment, TB/HIV, Laboratory and Pharmacy interventions. His competence is in providing technical assistance to MoH teams at the facility, district, and provincial levels. Experience in training health staff and clinical mentoring, coordinate with MoH and support the implementation of all activities in C&T program, Planning and monitoring of the activities developed. Knowledge of PEPFAR management and reporting systems and procedures.
