Jacinto has more than 19 years broad experience in teaching and has good facilitation skills at different levels, including the Community level.He has been training teachers at Chitima Teachers Training Institute for 6 years,Recently has conducted a study on How to Introduce English Teaching to Students with special education needs at CREI ( Resource Center of Inclusive Education of Tete) He is a Lecture at Catholic University. Tete Mozambique since 2016.He also work as an official Translator and interpreter of Portuguese/ English At Tete Secondary School he was the Head – English Department and provided daily advice and support for strategy development and organizational for Technical Program Implementation at School level for the American Peace Corps Volunteers.Jacinto worked forMozambican Red cross and the Red Crescent as Supervisor in a Program of family survey a process of uniting family members that were lost during the civil war and organizing Trainings of First Aid .He also trained Agrodealers in Business Management whilist workinf for Citizen Network for Foreign Affairs Mozambique, Malawi, and Zambia (Chi Nyanja Triangle Project). As Assistant Project Coordinator,He has been compelling reports reports of Health Care Program and Institutional Development Based on the Community level at Mozambique Red
