I have worked as Community Liaiason Officer at Anadarko/Total Gas development Project in Afungi-Mozambique since 2018 to 2021. I facilited community members to understand adequately the resettlement Project. Conducted community members engagement and advocated for the respect to the community members cultural diversity and human Rights/dignity. In addition, I facilited to them to the delivery of risk and impact mitigation program including specific engagement requirement of resettlement plan; problem identification, analysis and resolution (Grievance Resolution Me anism). Listen to the Community members with the intent of developing insight into and understanding of diverse community narratives and into community dynamic; buildings capacity and trust and allow different voices within the community to be hard.
