Resumo

As a current Admin Assistant for USAID and with over 9 years of experience in administrative and secretarial work, this position is perfectly suited to my skills and experience. I hold a Bachelor in Language/Translation studies, where I have acquired written and communication skills. I also hold a Post-graduate in Project Management where I absorbed a generous amount of administration, management and leadership skills. I have a professional administrative experience in Profitable and Non-profitable organizations. My years of experience as a dedicated USAID employee provided me with comprehensive understanding of the Agency’s rules, procedures, work ethics, as well as the organization’s values. I strive to provide outstanding organizational services for the benefit of my team in the Office of Agriculture, Environment, and Business at USAID, Mozambique. I am familiar with all Microsoft Office programs, as well as U.S. Government-specific applications such as the Google Drive, Huddle, MyServices, E2i, ILMS and GLAAS for daily services. I am also very familiar with the content of the AEB’s technical portfolio in the context of the USAID contribution to Mozambique’s development goals, and have supported the team beyond administrative duties. Aside from my relevant work experience at previous institutions and at USAID, my strongest quality is my ability to work under pressure, managing multiple-complex and detailed tasks in a timely manner. I am a good team player with a high level of discretion and judgment, I am always motivated and enjoy learning new things in order to help others. I firmly believe that my work experience, commitment to everything I do and academic training, combined with my natural adaptability and good humor, makes me the ideal candidate for this position.
