
Working on external communication, specifically on social media marketing, web development, contacting sponsors, partners, and clients I was able to understand, through trial and error, which strategies work. I was also able to understand the audience’s needs and shape the best messages to address their concerns and objections. On the internal communication side, I continued to improve my ability to understand people’s opinions and desires, manage resistance and understand the process of change. The combination of these two sides made me a better communicator and strategist.
