Have 3 years of experience in Projects and Construction at J&J Transport. I am an Assistant Administrator, I get in contact with my team give basics run up every morning and follow up as the day goes by. Take note instructions from my Superior and give back to my team to action and follow up. I am into understanding our contractors invoice and forward them to accounts department. I engage with all contractors, I receive all projects stock verify and confirm received. Stock inventory checks every week, I send out reports to my superior every week with project’s expenses and the stock inventory for each site. I control projects in all sites as our team are divided we have 5 sites with team and projects going on. I control them pretty well.
