Resumo

In my position i am responsible for providing full administrative support to the head office of the organization in Mozambique including the different projects, this support includes prepare, send and receive correspondence, receive phone calls, arrange appointments and meetings, arrange conference rooms and all logistics for conferences, seminars and trainings, make small purchases (office supplies and consumables), organization of the files, proceed to customs clearance of vehicles and other imported equipment, supervise the tasks performed by the driver of the head office (Representation), management of contracts for the provision of services to the head office, focal point for issues related to human resources management. I have high sense of responsibility, ability to work in teams, good capacity and willingness to learn, I'm a proactive person, i have good communication skills, interpersonal skills and critical thinking skills. I also have good computers skills in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, internet and performancemanager5.
