Resumo

Hélder is an experienced profissional with more than 10 years of experience in newspapers, radio, organizational communication and projects management funded by donors such as the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), USAID/OTI and FCDO. His career is characterized by strong expertise in projects management, communication and knowledge management, with a particular focus on initiatives aimed at sustainable development and community empowerment. Throughout his career, Hélder has led and supported the implementation of development programs in the areas of Preventing and Countering Violent Extremism (P/CVE), Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Youth Engagement and Governance and Gender-Based Violence (GBV). He has extensive experience in global oversight of project results and activities, financial and administrative management, as well as providing technical guidance and mentoring to local teams and partners. His work has been essential in ensuring that the activities implemented are aligned with the theories and assumptions of the programs, generating real and sustainable impact in the communities served. In addition, Hélder excels at developing creative and effective strategies to engage communities, strengthen local capacities and promote the active participation of different actors in the process of social transformation.
