Josina Aurora Nhantumbo is development professional with more than 10 years of experience working on gender equality issues, including women and girls empowerment. She has a notable knowledge of design, implementation, management and monitoring of development programs and projects, focusing on human rights approach. Worked as official of the Ministry of Women and Social Affairs (1998-2009), then on development programmes as project official with UN Women from 2010 to 2018 and from 2019 as Gender Officer in the “Action for Inclusive and Responsible Governance (AGIR)” Program at Oxfam International. She is Bachelor of Social Science, Degree in Anthropology and now studying master's in Sociology
