Resumo

I am a law graduate and over the last 5 years I have been working in various law related activities, to highlight the assistance in Labour Law issues and Human Resources matters. I have gained experience with drafting of all type of employment contracts, agreements for termination of employment contracts, letters communicating the admission of employees and termination of contracts to different Institutions, updating of employees records in the files, updating of nominal list of all employees, training new joiners, managing talent reviews, processing declarations to Social Security Institute, drafting Internal Policies such as HIV/AIDS policies, Internal Regulations, Conduct Codes, still maintaining focus on Human Resources compliance and controls. Additionally, I deal with Human Resources strategies, I have engaged in works relating to employee compensation and benefits, I have been providing verbal and written advice on Human Resources matters, issuing reports, supporting the local management, and I am also responsible for analysing the changes in the Mozambican legislation in order to apply them within the company. I consider myself as someone with good communication skills and very attentive to the way I interact with my team, colleagues and Institutions. My main career goal is to continue with the hardworking as well as to fully dedicate myself to learning and developing my skills in order to add value in the best way I can to evolve and assist in the growth of the companies I work for. During this 5y I have been exposed to many challenges and I have been recognized as one of the most productive employee, and this is a title that I plan to carry going forward. The level of my attention to details and commitment to deadlines has prevented the companies that I work for from being punished for non-compliance with laws, regulations,and deadlines. I also have a great sense of confidentiality which is extremely important when you deal with sensitive info.
