
I am professional with over 5 years of work experience in humanitarian organization and private sector. I have experience managing community development programs focused on Food Security & Livelihood Restoration with greater emphasis on food distribution, income generation activities and Cash for Work, Sustainable Agriculture and Rural Extension. I am also experienced in emergency response programs. I worked as Food Security and Livelihoods Project Manager at ACTION CONTRE LA FAIM, in Mueda, where I led an Multisectoral Emergency Response and Crisis Resilience for Populations Affected by the Conflict in Cabo Delgado – BHA/USAID funded project since February 2024, assisting more than 4000 households’ beneficiaries, including IDPs and host households, providing seeds, tools, training and assistance, income generating activities (AGR) providing business kits and Cash for Work (CFW). I had worked at ACF for 22 months, having held the positions of FSL team leader (February-July 2023), FSL Supervisor (August 2023-January 2024) and project manager (February 2024 to December 2024). As team manager of 10 team staff, I conducted recruitments, training needs and evaluations, prepare timely reports for the authorities and the donor. I was able to accumulate more technical field experience and knowledge about community engagement and creating resilience in communities during my time at Go Farm and CECOBEB.
