I have adequate understanding of M&E Fundamentals and its purpose for humanitarian programs and I clearly understand the project cycle and interrelated results chain in the project or program. Experienced on developing a functional and robust M&E system that comprises on tailoring and interpret M&E Framework (Results framework, Indicator Matrix, M&E Plan, IPTT, PMP and Data collection tools); Skilled in determining information needs & identifying indicators; Gathering strategies and instruments; Developing detailed M&E plan and identifying and detailing out key monitoring and evaluation activities. Experienced in participatory M&E and its methodologies and tools for effective and functional system. I have about 9 years of practical experience in implementing different M&E systems and approaches, and in designing and conducting quantitative and qualitative researches. I am proficient in: Quantitative studies using quantitative techniques for data collection, such as structured surveys, physical measurements, questionnaire design and testing, errors and strategy to minimize them, interview techniques, training and coordination of enumerators, managing surveys, logistic planning, gathering required information for multipurpose use. Qualitative studies, organizing and oversee the data collection exercise; use of qualitative technics (focus group discussions, timeline approach, most significant changes, direct observation and developing topical outlines to facilitate discussions) for data collection. Data analysis through descriptive, content, inductive, and logical analysis. Designing sampling strategies based on the objectives of the studies, calculate sample size and developing sampling frame.
