Project Scope: This aims to protect Mozambique's biodiversity and ecosystems and support human development through climate-resilient strategies and collaborative projects with leading organizations in Karingani Game Reserve. • Conducted in-house needs assessments for current and projected employment across sectors including eco-tourism and security. Develop and implement broad-based, technical, vocational, and English language training programs. • Established local skills and business services lab to serve as entrepreneurial hub and identify SMME goods procurement opportunities within KGR hospitality. • Continuously maintain perimeter fence to reduce incidents, while exploring nature-based projects like agribusiness, fishing and HWC elephant fences for sustainable upkeep. • Appointed Village Liaison Officers for effective information sharing between KGR and surrounding communities. Key Achievements: • Enhanced community safety and resilience through expanded access to sustainable livelihood opportunities. • Facilitated skills development and capacity building for entrepreneurial activities within and beyond KGR. • Contributed significantly to Mozambican NbSAP vision and UN SDGs by providing supportive data and meeting targets. • Successfully recruited 23 buffer zone youths (15 girls and 8 boys) to attend a one-year hospitality and conservation trackers program at South Africa College for Tourism in South Africa.

Emergency Project Manager (Cyclone Tropical Freddy - Zambézia) Plan international is a development and humanitarian organisation that advances children’s rights and equality as well as providing emergency assistance to affected people putting in centre girls and children, women chronic ill, disability and elder headed households. Funded by Global AffairsCanada – International Humanitairan Assistance, the project responds to two components namely: (i) WASH and (ii) Child Protection in the context of emergency and aims to contribute to responding to the urgent humanitarian needs of 8,200 of the most vulnerable people affected by Tropical Cyclone Freddy in Namacura district.  Oversee and coordinate the project implementation in Namacura district and participate and coordinate meetings in the Clusters and other relevant stakeholdersm;  Participate and monitor the identification and distribution of WASH kits (for clean and safe water, personal hygiene supplies for families, girls and young women) in the communities;  Facilitate the construction/rehabilitation and equip Child-Friendly Spaces (CFS) and deliver recreational/PSS activities for affected boys, girls and adolescents to provide access to safe, dignified psychosocial support activities, recreational and therapeutic materials (toys, stationery, child friendly toiletries etc)  In collaboration with relevant institutions elaborate, reproduce, disseminate/broadcasting messages on WASH and Child Protection;  Monitor budget execution and progress report activities as per Plan International and Donor requirments. Main results:  Identified and distributed 1600 hygiene kits to most vulnerable and affected people; 100 families received monthly basic basket, 1255 girls and young women girls received dignity kits and more than 8000 people benefited of prevention information against water-borne diseases, child, early and forced marriage, sexual gender based violence.

UN Women is the United Nations entity dedicated to gender equality and the empowerment of women. A global champion for women and girls established to accelerate progress on meeting their needs worldwide. The Spotlight Initiative is a program led by the Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Action (MGCAS), financed by European Union, and implemented in partnership with the United Nations and 20 Civil Society Organizations whose goal is to see a Mozambique where every woman and girl lives free from Gender-Based Sexual Violence (GBSV) and Harmful Practices (HP), and can enjoy and make choices about their Sexuality and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR).  Oversee and coordinate spotlight Initiative activities in Manica province on the Elimination of GBV/SGBV/HP adjudicated to implementing Partners as per MoU, document framework/Annual Work plan within UN and Union European and CSOs financial standards.  Represent UN Women at Province level, participate and promote regular meetings with Government, CSO and Multisectoral Mechanism.  Conduct systematic monitoring and reporting of Spotlight Initiative activities and provide guidance to correct gaps verified during project implementation as well as produce knowledge products.  Selected to replace Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting Officer during her leave and when She left from September to December with the responsibility of collect, systematize data on progress of activities as well as conduct reflection meetings with beneficiaries and key stakeholders on project results.  Generate monitoring and evaluation reports as well as support implementing partners in preparation of final programme evaluation.

Key roles: • Laid leadership coordination groundwork which saw the financing of 7 civil society organizations and an electoral monitoring project management and implementation within USAID, Counterparte International and CSOs standards. • Interfaced between electoral bodies, political parties, state institutions and the community, thereby successfully resolving local electoral conflicts, and boosted national advocacy by publicizing electoral data in each district. • Dramatically revised stringent policies and increased employee involvement in company’s decision making process. • Mounted transformational ecological and leadership initiatives including paper recycling, and establishing an electronic information sharing system for participatory planning and coordination of activities and logistical plans.

The TERI is a project funded by Oxfam International, it covers areas of public health; food security After November and December 2007 rainfal that flooded Zambeze valey, he was seconded to Tamabara Emergency Response Intervention project, supporting Magariro and it was funded by Oxfam International. The project covered areas of public health; food security; livelihood and cross-cutting issues. Key roles: • Approved implementation of 15+ boreholes, ensuring program transition from emergence to development phase, • Coordinated humanitarian response actions from different partners; ensuring good communication between partners, government and beneficiaries. •Led efforts for launching public tenders and selection of suppliers for the construction of water and sanitation infrastructures. • Oversaw even distribution of agricultural and medical inputs and medicines; coordinate logistics actions. • Prepared weekly and quarterly reports for Oxfam GB and donors. • Championed processes (visits, studies, trainings and meetings), and management of human and financial resources.

The National HIV & AIDS Plan (PEN II) is an Integrated Response programme sponsored by Oxfam GB. Key roles: • Selected as “Best Fit Employee” to represent Oxfam GB in the districts of Machaze and Mossurize. • Seamlessly integrated HIV and AIDS, gender and ABD into a humanitarian development project. • Planned and facilitated monthly community budget for health education/ HIV risk reduction sessions programs. • Catalysed advocacy interventions for using participatory methodologies such as STAR, REFLECT, PHAST, CLTS to campaign against practices, such as open sky fecalism, condom use, and polygamy. • Managed the construction, budget implementation and repair of over 50 boreholes in the communities in water crises, and led technical assessment to discover wetlands. • Impacted driving force behind the swift dissemination of water hygiene and sanitary messages, which drastically promoted good hygiene practices and reduce water related diseases in the districts of Machaze and Mossurize.
