I developed my career in the area of Agreements and contract management, with an extensive experience in the control of operations of donated funds management, analysis of budgets, preparation and analysis of financial reports of partners and donors, budget tracking, reporting, provision accounts and calculation of results, aiming at mitigating losses and sustainability of the Funds. I started to work at Fundação Manhiça in 2018 with the task to supervise the Projects Unit and build the capacity of management of the team. Assist the Deputy Director for Administration and Finance in the management of all aspects related to budgets, Contract and Budget Manager in overseeing and coordinating the administrative management of all grants and contracts implemented by Fundaçao Manhiça to include support to award setup, staff training, ensure donor rules and regulations are understood and implemented properly, and preparation and submission of donor reports. Participate in monitoring the Fundaçao Manhiça budget planning calendar, develop operational budgets and supports Technical staff and Researchers in proposal budget development. Works closely with program and accounting staff to make sure all funds are accounted for accurately and program budget line items are managed adequately. This includes activities such as: awards tracking, sub-grant report preparation, monitoring and filing. Training in Sub-Contract Management Rules and Regulations by USAID - Inside NGO (Administrative and Financial Standards); Training and Management of Contracts and Grants - INTERNATIONAL CARE I coordinate a team of 5 contract and grant managers for a universe of 62 ongoing projects, of which the following are funded from US funds:
