Training Project Manager

PRI is recruiting a Training Project Manager, to be based in Cabo Delgado, Mozambique.

Duties

• Build and chair the committee of representatives for liaison for the Training Center
• Identify and assess the immediate training needs for the Training Center in conjunction with the business
• Draw an overall annual training and development plan that addresses the needs and expectations of the business
• Liaise with business managers in assessing their ongoing needs and relevance of training being offered
• Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness and success and report on them to the business
• Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices for the region
• Develop a program and attract local business partners/contractors to support and utilize the Training Center

Requisites

• Degree in Education, Human Resources or relevant experience teaching
• Proven work experience as a training manager
• Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lead a team
• Fluent in English and Portuguese
