Safintra Mozambique is recruiting a Service Centre Head, to be based in Beira or Nacala.
Duties
- Prepare reports to the COO from time to time on the status of the company which will include among others the level of business
- Make sure that branch targets are met
- Identify business opportunities by carrying out market research
- Identify construction site developers and dealers and engage them for the purpose of doing business
- Carry out and supervise all marketing activities in the branch
- Superintend over all staffing matters at the branch
- Act as custodian of all company assets at the branch
- Direct and analyses studies of general economic, business, and financial conditions and their impact on the organization´s policies and operations
- Analyses operational issues impacting functional groups and the whole institution, and determines their financial impact
Requisites
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Diploma in Business Management
- Seven years post graduate with two years spend on managerial position
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
