Senior Mechanical Engineer (m/f)

Duties

• Establish a strategic plan at the area to enhance the mine systems reliability
• Ensure that all fueling systems are maintained as per OEM standards
• Ensure that all systems spare parts are managed in a way to avoid any kind of delay or operations rupture
• Conduct system fault analyzes trough recognized tools
• Provide team development strategy
• Ensure the reliability of the fueling system
• Revise and approve the area Maintenance Plan
• Revise the operation’s procedures in order to be a benchmark on Health, safety and environment through vale policies and international standards
• Audit the monthly fuel consumption bill
• Control of area budget x budget execution
• Provide a technical support on the area sustaining projects on project management and execution in order to meet the business excellence

Requisites

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineer
• Five years’ experience on diversified industrial field
• Fluency in English and Portuguese
