Senior Inspector (m/f)

Duties

• Ensure equipment is manufactured/repaired conform to specified requirements
• Establish that manufacturer/repairer is working to approved design calculations/drawings
• Verify NDT personnel qualifications
• Examine NDT procedures, techniques and reports
• Verify collation of documentation for data book or repair report
• Verify certification details and co-sign certification with the manufacturer;
• Correlate material certificates, materials and conformity to specification
• Witness NDT’s & pre & post weld heat treatment to approved procedures and evaluate results
• Witness dimensional checksmade by themanufacturer
• Visual inspection of external coating systems, structures, foundations, insulation, fire proofing, and earth connections
• Conduct remaining life evaluations
• Conduct Risk based inspection assessments & support with reviews
• Record and report leak seal devices
• Conduct safety accessory inspections

Requisites

• SAQCC CP or IPE certification
• Minimum of 5 Years as Inspector
• Experience with RBI methodology & data management systems
• Experience of working with SAP PM module
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
