Senior Consultant

Duties

• Analysing ToR and preparing technical and financial project proposals
• Counselling and mentoring on Business Management, strategy, leadership and liaising with clients
• Identifying training needs, preparing training plans and manuals for identified courses
• Conduct internal audits and risk management consultancies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Map organisational processes and identify areas for improvement in terms of efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop and implement effective internal controls to mitigate risks and guarantee the integrity of client operations
• Carrying out internal audit reports
• Keeping up to date with industry best practice and auditing trends
• Technical management of the project team and training of analysts and consultants
• Support the development of project methodology
• Analysing data, selection and evaluation of alternatives and recommendations
• Defining the content and quality of deliverables
• Drawing up proposals for standard projects
• Internal project management
• Continuous training as a tool for internal improvement: technology, trends, tools and working methodologies
• Provide feedback and reflection to develop self-knowledge, personal strengths and address areas for development
• Delegate to others to provide opportunities for expansion, coaching them to achieve results
• Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems
• Utilise a wide range of tools and techniques to extract information on current industry or sector trends
• Review their work and that of others for quality, accuracy and relevance
• Know how and when to use the tools available for a given situation and be able to explain the reasons for this choice

Requisites

• Between 25 and 32 years
• Bachelor's degree in management consulting or similar areas of study such as business, management, accounting or internal audit
• The ideal candidate must have strong presentation skills, which will guide them towards a clear presentation of solutions to clients. Our clients are the reason we exist. We therefore expect a candidate who is assertive in conducting analyses and research in order to produce clear results in line with the company's objectives

• Expertise in PowerBI, Excel, PowerPoint and other data visualization tools
