Capital Outsourcing is hiring a Sales Manager (m/f) for Maputo.
Duties
Develop plans and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
Maintains sales staff results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising results
Prepares action plans for individual reps to effectively prospect for new business
Conduct daily one-on-one reviews with all sales reps to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of the sales reps performance
Control and plan daily call sheets for effective coverage of current and future clients
Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance of sales staff
Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports
Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
Assists sales reps in preparation of proposals and presentations to clients
Explore tele-sales and tender opportunities
Initiates and coordinate action plans to penetrate new markets
Assist office manager on a weekly basis with debtors control
Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines
Insures that all sales reps meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes
Delegate authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up
Sets examples for sales reps in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits
Conducts regular coaching and counseling with sales reps to build motivation and selling skills
Where necessary maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
Insures that all sales reps meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes
Delegate authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up
Sets examples for sales reps in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits
Conducts regular coaching and counseling with sales reps to build motivation and selling skills
