PRI is recruiting a Sales Manager, to be based in Cabo Delgado, Mozambique.

Duties
  • Look after regular clients and key accounts, as well as acquiring new clients
  • Design and implement strategic business plans that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Must be capable of selling a concept, pricing and submitting to the client, as well as calculate and negotiate prices and conditions
  • Maintain reports and generate numbers for the company to determine if sales goals have been met
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of competition status
  • Direct distribution of the products and services
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Able to travel to different locations
Requisites
  • Computer skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English
  • Significant network of contacts on the ground in engineering or mining circle in Mozambique
  • Must be a self-starter, passionate about his work, loyal to his company and ambitious
  • A basic Engineering background to understand the technology will be a significant advantage
  • Able and willing to travel all week every week
  • Great work ethic and able to work alone
