Sales & Distribution Senior Manager

PSI is recruiting a Sales & Distribution Senior Manager, to be based in Maputo.

Duties

• Establish sales objectives for existing and new products by forecasting and co-developing annual sales targets per province
• Support national sales, penetration and coverage objectives by participating in the development and implementation of all provincial sales plans
• Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand
• Establish partnerships with private sector partners to support the network development
• Establish incentives, motivation and training programs for the sales force nationwide
• Contribute to PSI matrix structure success

Requisites

• Result driven
• Negotiation skills
• Knowledge of Retail environment in Mozambique
• Understanding of Bottom of the Pyramid needs
• Ability to take initiative
• Ability to work under pressure
• Attitude to encourage and motivate staff
• Good computer skills
• Good level in English is a plus
• Bachelor degree in areas such as Marketing or Business Management
• Knowledge of sales force (sales monitoring software) is a plus
• Willingness and availability to travel (locally and internationally)
• Willingness to learn new methodologies and get exposed to a diversity of challenges
