PSI is recruiting a Sales & Distribution Senior Manager, to be based in Maputo.
Duties
- Establish sales objectives for existing and new products by forecasting and co-developing annual sales targets per province
- Support national sales, penetration and coverage objectives by participating in the development and implementation of all provincial sales plans
- Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand
- Establish partnerships with private sector partners to support the network development
- Establish incentives, motivation and training programs for the sales force nationwide
- Contribute to PSI matrix structure success
Requisites
- Result driven
- Negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Retail environment in Mozambique
- Understanding of Bottom of the Pyramid needs
- Ability to take initiative
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attitude to encourage and motivate staff
- Good computer skills
- Good level in English is a plus
- Bachelor degree in areas such as Marketing or Business Management
- Knowledge of sales force (sales monitoring software) is a plus
- Willingness and availability to travel (locally and internationally)
- Willingness to learn new methodologies and get exposed to a diversity of challenges
