Risk and Compliance Committee Member in Charge of Risk Management

Duties

• Only meet monthly/quarterly/yearly, do not work full time at the company
• Supervise and evaluate the activities of the Risk Management Department every 6 months
• Evaluate the performance results every 6 months of the Chief of Risk Management and Compliance, Chief of Risk Management
• Check, evaluate and comment when receiving reports and recommendations from the Risk Management Department
• Advising and advising the Board of Directors in decision-making on risk management issues
• Propose to the Board of Directors any matter within its competence. Provide timely information to the Board of Directors regarding the circumstances that the Committee deems necessary to notify the Board of Directors
• Other risk management tasks assigned by the Board of Directors

Requisites

• University degree in Auditing/Accounting/Business
• Priority is given when obtaining an international certificate of risk management
• Working experience of 10 years or more in the field of risk management
• English language proficiency meets the job requirements
• Experience working with the Bank of Mozambique
