Risk and Compliance Committee Member in Charge of Compliance

Duties

• Only meet monthly/quarterly/yearly, do not work full time at the company
• Supervise and evaluate the activities of the Compliance Department every 6 months
• Evaluate the performance every 6 months of the Chief of Risk Management and Compliance and the Chief of Compliance
• Check, evaluate and comment when receiving reports and recommendations from the Compliance Department
• Advising and advising the Board of Directors in decision-making on compliance issues
• Propose to the Board of Directors any matter within its competence. Provide timely information to the Board of Directors regarding the circumstances that the Committee deems necessary to notify the Board of Directors
• Other compliance duties assigned by the Board of Directors

Requisites

• University degree in Auditing/Law
• Priority is given to international certificates of compliance
• Working experience of 10 years or more in the field of legal and compliance
• Experience working with Bank of Mozambique
• English language proficiency meets the job requirements
