Receptionist

CONTACT is recruiting a Receptionist, to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Duties
  • Reporting directly to the General Services Lead and the VP Finance, the main activities of this role include: to serve visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately; to notify Company personnel of visitor arrival; to inform visitors by answering or referring inquiries
  • To direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; to operates and keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
  • To support continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs; to contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results ad needed
Requisites
  • At least Grade 12 or a Bachelors degree in Public Administration, Business Administration or any related fields
  • Business School training is an advantage
  • Minimum of 3 Years experience in similar positions
  • Good Literacy in Microsoft office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc...)
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work with others departments, delivering services with quality on time
  • Initiative and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Residing in the local area of the job will be an advantage
