Procurement Officer

PRI is recruiting a Procurement Officer, to be based in Tete.

Duties

• Efficiently procure goods and services
• Independently, timeously and accurately source and evaluate quotations for goods and/or services, within end user\'s specified requirements
• Place approved purchase orders with preferred suppliers in compliance with relevant Procurement Policies and Procedures
• Accurately evaluate supplier quotations in line with Procurement Policy
• Ensure correct selection of vendor and material item code in SAP

Requisites

• Grade 12
• Ethics orientation
• Good communication skills
• SAP MM Module knowledge or similar software
• Numerically Ability
• Resilience
• Basic Negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English language
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Presentation Skills
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar position
• Mozambican Nationality
