Personal Assistant/ Administrational

Denys is recruiting a Personal Assistant/ Administrational, to be based in Moamba, Mozambique.

Duties

• Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
• Arranging travel, visas and accommodation
• Handling Correspondences, screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
• Assisting in the accountancy
• Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments
• Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager
• Translating documents from English to Portuguese, typing and producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
• Arranging travel, visas and accommodation, booking transport and accommodation for overseas visits/international visitors
• Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff

Requisites

• Qualifications and training required: Secretarial degree/training or degree in languages, Secretarial studies, Business, Administration
• The position requires proven tracks in IT, customer service or administrational environment. Relevant experience in an international construction environment an asset
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages, Good knowledge of Excel is a necessity
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to research, digest, analyze and present material clearly and concisely
• Secretarial Skill
• Attention to detail
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible, professional-level experience in secretary, assistant, budgeting or closely related work experience
• Good level in Portuguese and English (good working knowledge, reading, speaking, writing) is required
