Permitting Lead for Mozambique

Heading Human Resources Mozambique is searching for a Permitting Lead for Mozambique to be based in Palma - Cabo Delgado.

Requisites

• Minimum degree in engineering or equivalent technical qualification
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese
• Minimum of 8 years in oil & gas industry project
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in legal and procedural license application management in oil / gas industry for green and brown field projects
• Availability to travel outside of Mozambique for a period of 12 to 18 months for training
• Have experience as Civil Engineer/Project or Construction Manager during the Engineering, Procurement, Construction phases (quality, commissioning, HSE, etc) of a green and brown field project in the oil & gas industry
