Capital Outsourcing is recruiting a Office Manager, to be based in Beira, Mozambique.

Duties
  • Supervises and coordinates overall administrative activities for the Office Administration Department
  • Overseeing the filing clerks and ensuring office process flow runs smoothly
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring best pricing and services
  • Review invoices for accuracy and ensure invoices are submitted for payment timely
  • Reviewing and implementing the company\'s health and safety policy
  • Assist with payroll and hours submission
  • Participates as needed in special department projects
  • Assess the Managing Director and the Office Team in various tasks
Requisites
  • Business degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of Office Management experience
  • Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures is a plus
  • Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities daily with the flexibility to adjust day as needed
  • Good planning and organizing skills
  • Problem analysis and assessment
