Capital Outsourcing is recruiting a Office Manager, to be based in Beira, Mozambique.
Duties
- Supervises and coordinates overall administrative activities for the Office Administration Department
 
- Overseeing the filing clerks and ensuring office process flow runs smoothly
 
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring best pricing and services
 
- Review invoices for accuracy and ensure invoices are submitted for payment timely
 
- Reviewing and implementing the company\'s health and safety policy
 
- Assist with payroll and hours submission
 
- Participates as needed in special department projects
 
- Assess the Managing Director and the Office Team in various tasks
 
Requisites
- Business degree or equivalent
 
- 3-5 years of Office Management experience
 
- Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures is a plus
 
- Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures is a plus
 
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities daily with the flexibility to adjust day as needed
 
- Good planning and organizing skills
 
- Problem analysis and assessment
