Media Marketing Mentor (m/f)

Description

• The purpose of the Media Marketing Mentor’s assignment is to provide mentorship to community radio stations to understand their audience better and to sell media services to private sector agricultural companies effectively. Further, the Mentor will set in motion a monitoring process to document the volume of commercial transactions between the community radio stations and agricultural companies. All measurements will be against baseline figures collected by the consultant and validated by FTF Inova

Requisites

• The consultant must have the following qualifications:
• Expertise with marketing and promotion, possibly including understanding consumers’ (listeners’) preferences, and making pitches to advertisers
• A strong aptitude for mentorship, persuading and managing people
• Meaningful experience with audience/consumer surveys
• Experience working in brand management with an advertising agency or equivalent type of firm will be an asset
