Mechanical Engineer (m/f)

Duties

• Manage Machine and Warehouse local Service Engineers
• Manage Machine and Warehouse Operations
• Manage all production steps and update when necessary
• Monitor all documents status after inventories
• Coordinate Maintenance and Improvement tasks with the Machines and Warehouse team
• Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and client to ensure proper operations of the project,
• Lead, motivate, and support the team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment and problem resolution
• Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service,
• Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget,
• Partner with cross-functional support teams to improve the operational status of the project
• Manages time and resources for required project-related tasks
• Performs other tasks as ordered by management of the company

Requisites

• Degree in the field of Applied Mechanic or Electric Engineer or Practical Experience
• Systematic approach, organizational ability and presentation skills, communication, project management, problem solving and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Willingness to learn and independent approach to work
• Self-initiative, flexibility and accuracy
• Willingness to stay away from home and work abroad if required and on occasion
• Conversational skills, willingness to learn and independent approach to work
• Flexibility and accuracy
