Maintenance Supervisor (m/f)

Duties

• Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues
• Install appliances and equipment
• Conduct maintenance tasks
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems
• Collaborate with works and other professionals during renovations inspecting facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance work on roads and fence
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly maintenance schedules and allocate work
• Recruit, supervise and train maintenance workers
• Hire and supervise tradesman during installations, repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers, etc.)
• Inspect and maintain building systems
• Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance
• Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations

Requisites

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience using hand and electrical tools
• Technical skills and knowledge of various crafts such as electrical, plumbing, etc.
• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
• Knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations
• Understanding of budgeting and performance management
• Fluent in Portuguese and English
