Internal Controller

Sintese Azul is recruiting a Internal Controller, to be based in Maputo.

Duties

• Controlling and Planning
• Audits of projects
• Management of entry and credit proposals
• Project/Phase completion
• Contract management
• Disbursement to partners and consultants

Requisites

• Mozambican
• Age 35+
• Female/Male
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Portuguese
• Excellent IT skills, able to work with Ms Office
• B.Com / M.Com / MBA
• CPA/ACCA
• Strong personal and social competences
• Able to use planning and controlling tools
• Strong analytical ability and logic interpretation skills
• Can work independent and as part of a team
• Able to meet deadlines while remaining organized and accurate
• Able to conduct trainings for finance- and non-finance staff
• Minimum 5 years professional experience with strong financial background, thereof ideally 2 years with a reputable audit firm or similar
  Familiarity of working with computer based financial systems
• Project-Controlling
• Work experience in the development sector or an international non-profit organization would be an advantage
