Human Resources Officer

Capital Outsourcing is recruiting a Human Resources Officer, to be based in Ressano Garcia, Mozambique.

Duties

• Responsible for the development, maintenance and communication of HR policies and procedures ensuring they meet the company needs and Mozambican labour laws
• Supporting at the appropriate level for Discipline, grievance and appeals within the business
• Ensure that all labour is legal compliant, accurate records are maintained and any necessary audits are carried out in a timely manner
• Provide coaching and support regarding policies, procedures, attendance management, performance, job design, performance management, and department structures etc
• Responsible for keeping up to date with employment law changes, providing update to management
• Ensure there is a robust fair and consistent recruitment process and procedure in place for both internal and external candidates
• Responsible for working with departmental managers to evaluate training requirements and any necessary refresher training
• Ensure all data held and processed for employees is compliant with data protection requirements
• Ensure that attendance and payroll data is accurately recorded and timeously submitted to payroll.
  Coordination of site visits
• Provide administrative assistance

Requisites

• Degree in Human Resources
• Minimum of 3 years in the same position
• High knowledge in Mozambique Labour Laws
• Speaks, reads and writes English fluently
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• The ability to work in fast paced environment and to be able to adapt to change quickly

• Salary: 28,000 Mtn - 35,000Mtn + Benefits
