Heading is recruiting a Human Resource & Administration Specialist (m/f), to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Duties
Role Reports
  • Head Count Reports
  • Staff Information Reports
  • Staff Leave Plan
Recruitment and Selection
  • Coordinate with various department heads on recruitment needs. Ensure a job description for each role is generated. Coordinate with department heads on advertising, shortlisting, interview invites and background check
  • Interview reports
  • Due diligence of documentation
  • Probation assessments and control
  • Ensure Induction process on new hires
  • Ensure statutory compliance on new employees
  • Follow up on right onboarding procedures on Expatriate employees by ensuring they have the right permits to legally allow them work in country
  • Coordinate staff confirmation process
Compensation and Benefits
  • Manage employee monthly payroll of locals and expatriates
  • Manage Employee medical insurance
Employee services
  • File management
  • Leave Plan
  • Welfare issues
  • Employee Relations
  • Manage day to day HR operations
  • Disciplinary actions
  • Immigration status
  • Expatriate Management
Office Management
  • Coordinate Office supplies
  • Manage and maintain renewal of office premises, facilities and leases
  • Liaise with Accounts department for payment advise
  • Manage a company asset list
  • Assist in other operational and administrative areas as needed
Requisites
  • Minimum 3-4 years in Human Resource Administration in a security company
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration
  • Professional: Membership with institute of Human Resource Maputo
