Onstream Group is hiring a Data Encoder for Pemba.
Duties
- Prepare/collect source data for entry by compiling, sorting and identifying data entry priorities
- Maintains data entry requirement by following program techniques and procedures; storing correct information in the desired database location
- Ensures accurate interpretation of data entry in the system
- Completion of the required task within the set deadline
- Manage additional responsibilities like troubleshooting, file back-ups, regular update of data; retrieve data as and when required
- Maintain customer confidence and protects Company Operations by keeping information with utmost confidentiality
Requisites
- Minimum 2 years of similar experience (Data Entry Operator, Data Encoder or Secretarial Job)
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Excellent typing skills
- Keen attention to details
- Good command of oral and written English Language
