Description
- The U.S. Mission in Maputo/Mozambique is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position of Data Clerk
Duties
- The incumbent is primarily responsible for documenting property transactions of non-expendable supply, totaling approximately $8M USD
- Incumbent works with the Warehouse Manager to schedule work orders and communicate with customers
- Incumbent works closely with Warehouse Team Leaders and Facilities Team Members to capture every movement of non-expendable supply from one location to another
- Incumbent is charged with managing upkeep of the warehouse facility by generating and following up on work orders with the Facilities Maintenance Team, coordinating waste removal, and arranging for vendor repairs to the warehouse and its components
