Committee Members in Charge of Operational Audit

Duties

• Only meet monthly/quarterly/yearly, do not work full time at the company
• Evaluation of implementation results every 6 months of the Chief of IA Department
• Check and comment on the plan and operational audit report of the Internal Audit Department
• Advising and advising the Board of Directors in making decisions on plans and reports on the company's operations audit (audit of processes, internal regulations, effectiveness of anti-money laundering systems, KYC procedures)
• Supervise internal audit activities in the financial sector, give suggestions and orientations on improving and effective audit of financial operations
• Coordinate work with external audit agencies as necessary
• Propose to the Board of Directors any matter within its competence. Provide timely information to the Board of Directors about situations that the IA Committee deems necessary to notify the Board of Directors
• Other internal audit tasks assigned by the Board of Directors

Requisites

• University degree in Auditing
• Priority is given when having international certificates such as ACCA, CIA, OCAM
• Working experience of 10 years or more in the relevant field
• Experience working with Bank of Mozambique
• English language proficiency meets the job requirements
• Advising and advising the Board of Directors in decision-making on risk management issues
• Propose to the Board of Directors any matter within its competence. Provide timely information to the Board of
• Directors regarding the circumstances that the Committee deems necessary to notify the Board of Directors
• Other risk management tasks assigned by the Board of Directors
