Commercial Sales Agent Representative

Duties

• Handles the sale, lease, and purchase of land or buildings that are intended for commercial use
• Inform the company about the situation in the target market
• Negotiate sales transactions with customers
• To act in the best interests of the principal an act dutifully and in good faith
• Make proper efforts to negotiate and, where appropriate, conclude transactions
• Communicate to the principal all necessary information available to him
• Comply with the reasonable instructions of the principal
• To obey lawful instructions of the principal
• Only act and manage clients within the limits of authority

Requisites

• Must have 25 years old and above
• English speaking
• Sales experience, minimum 3 years
• Own a car, laptop and internet access
• Located in Maputo or Matola
• CV in English
