We are seeking Chief of Party candidates for an anticipated USAID funded Feed the Future program in Mozambique. The program will promote agriculture value chains through development of production and market linkages, domestically and regionally, thereby increasing Mozambique's private-sector competitiveness.
Duties
- Providing overall leadership and oversight of all aspects of project activities and interventions
- Serving as liaison between the project and all stakeholders
Requisites
- Master's degree in business administration, agriculture, economics, or a related field
- Minimum seven years of experience managing complex agricultural development programs in sub-Saharan Africa
- Chief of party, deputy chief of party, or team leader experience required
- Proven record building the capacity of private sector organizations and improving policy environment for agricultural development
- Strong oral communication skills
- Fluency in English and Portuguese required
