PRI is recruiting a Camp Manager, to be based in Palma.

  • Have a minimum of five year experience in Facilities Management
  • Have depth knowledge of management best practices
  • Able to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget
  • Establish standards for personnel performance and customer service
  • Schedule staff hours and assign duties
  • Oversees that the financial and human resources books and records in kept in good order
  • Help to setup a Health & Safety Plan and monitor that the Health & Safety Plan is strictly followed
  • Help to setup a Maintenance Plan and monitor that the Maintenance Plan is strictly followed
  • Submit the weekly and monthly reports on time
  • Be a person with a determined personality who is driven by a desire to be part of a team whose aim is to create a world class operation
  • Management experience in Mozambique in particular, or southern or eastern Africa in general preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Fluency in English is required; good Portuguese level is a plus
  • Prepared to travel frequently throughout Mozambique
