World Food Programme is recruiting a Business Support Assistant-Travel-G4, to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Duties
- Management of Travel Service for the CO & SO’S  and assist staff with their entitlement travel
 
- Ensure the accuracy of submission of TA's for processing is in line with administrative rules and regulations and within the service level agreements
 
- Travel agent invoices processed minimum within 10 working days
 
- Vendor management for all travelers not exceeding 60 days
 
- Workshop facilitator for the CO
 
- Arrange accommodation for in-coming missions and coordinate with the head of drivers for airport pick-ups
 
- Coordinate with a head of drivers for airport pick up and drop off, when in need
 
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
 
Requisites
- Ability to perform all routine administrative activities in line with WFPs operating standards through day to day work
 
- 02 years of professional experience, especially for travel related matters
 
- Experience working for UN organizations/NGOs is a plus
 
- Completion of secondary school education. A post-secondary certificate in the related functional area is desirable
 
- Fluency in both oral and written communication in Portuguese and basic notions of English
