Business Development Manager (m/f)

Duties

• Create and implement an effective sales & growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Manage the transition of a customer from solution proposition to operational execution by liaising with and maintaining strong relations with Shop Managers and Operational Managers
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with new and existing clients to facilitate development and execution of tailored services for each customer
• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of a specific market/industry category to identify and develop a pipeline of potential customers aligned with strategic and operational priorities
• Analyze available data to provide insights about existing and potential customers and to aid decision making processes
• Build team and individual capability, ensuring personal effectiveness for work in current and future roles
• Monitor performance against team’s targets and take corrective action as required

Requisites

• Minimum Degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field
• 5 -10 years’ experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience in steel, hardware & ceramic items within Maputo & Mozambique as a whole
