Gud Filters Mozambique is hiring an Administration Clerk for Matola.

Duties
  • Identify activity in bank accounts
  • Capture receipts, payments and supplier invoices in the general ledger
  • Reconcile customer orders to invoices
  • Monthly bank/creditor and debtor reconciliations
  • Creation of payment requisitions and all necessary reconciliations
  • Assist with the preparation of other reports provided to management and ad hoc sales and expense information
  • Assist with the preparation of all material for general managers monthly reports
  • Assist with filling of tax and VAT returns
  • Control petty cash
  • Other administrative duties
Requisites
  • Relevant Accounting qualification
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Excel and Pastel accounting software
  • Driver’s licence
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate in English
