Heading is recruiting an Above Risk and Quality Assurance Supervisor, to be based in Cabo Delgado, Mozambique.
Duties
- Assist socioeconomic development teams to establish, monitor and evaluate performance indicators
- Coordinate the implementation of IT solution to enable an effective and friendly field activities monitoring process
- Work with Stakeholder Engagement, Resettlement and Social Investment teams to implement Above Ground Risk Group activities including periodic risk assessments
- Monitor and report the above risk performance to key relevant internal stakeholders (daily, weekly, monthly, and annual report may be needed)
- Implement the monitoring and quality assurance framework activities
- Ensuring alignment and coordination of actions between cross functional teams (i.e., stakeholders’ engagement, social investment, resettlement)
- Identify gaps in implementation activities and programs across sectors and provide synergetic solutions
- Review engagement qualitative report and media analysis dashboard
- Review IP monitoring and evaluation and provide guidance to achieve the objectives established in the SOW
- Develop a 52-week plan of Quality Assurance/ Control activities to be implemented, monitored, and learning process established
- Coordinate the activities of QA/QC teams
Requisites
- 7 years’ experience in social data management, quality assurance and analysis
- Comprehensive understanding of workflow and data maintenance
- Understanding of social processes and social license data tracking and trending
- Experience in the design and management of data quality assurance procedures
- Familiarity with global industry best practice environmental and Social Performance and reporting standards, requirements, and guidelines, i.e., IFC, GRI, IPIECA is preferred
- Experience in the analytics and use of data to enhance, plan, and facilitate improved Socioeconomic development
- Excellent command of Portuguese, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal is required
- Acquire basic HSE awareness by knowing the framework, the HSE & biodiversity policies, and the 12 Golden Rules
- Comply with mandatory HSE trainings (HSE Induction and the e-learnings for All, Safety Culture & Golden Rules)
- Use of the HSE systems within the Company as defined
