Welcome to the emprego.co.mz platform, owned and managed by UX Information Technologies. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and associated services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

  • User: Any individual or entity accessing or using the platform.
  • Candidate: A person using emprego.co.mz to search and apply for job opportunities.
  • Recruiter: A company or organization using emprego.co.mz to advertise jobs and recruit candidates.
  • Platform: The website and all its functionalities available at www.emprego.co.mz.

emprego.co.mz offers the following services:

  • Job posting by recruiters;
  • Job searching and application by candidates;
  • Access to a CV database (for recruiters);
  • Additional services like CVPRO, aptitude tests, and training promotion.

UX Information Technologies reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with or without prior notice.

3.1. Candidates

  • Must provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information;
  • Must not share false, fraudulent, or offensive content;
  • The uploaded CV must belong exclusively to the registered user.

3.2. Recruiters

  • Must ensure that published job posts are real, clear, and non-discriminatory;

  • Data collection for commercial or misleading purposes is prohibited;

  • UX Information Technologies reserves the right to suspend or remove suspicious or inappropriate content.

Some features require user registration. The user agrees to:

  • Keep their credentials secure;
  • Immediately notify any unauthorized use of their account.

UX Information Technologies is committed to protecting users' personal data, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell user data or share it with unverified third parties.

  • emprego.co.mz does not guarantee that platform usage will result in employment;
  • Content of job posts and resumes is the sole responsibility of the respective user;
  • The platform may include external links, over which we have no control.

Paid services (such as job postings, custom packages, or CVPRO) require payment under the defined terms. Non-payment may result in temporary or permanent service suspension.

All content on the platform, including logos, text, design, and software, is the property of UX Information Technologies or its licensed partners. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior authorization is prohibited.

UX Information Technologies may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on this page and take immediate effect upon publication.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mozambique. In the event of a dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Maputo City.
