Leodemila Zacarias is a Project Coordinator at h2n, where her responsibilities are to report activities developed by field assistants to the focal point of the Norwegian Embassy, participate in trainings of Community Radio journalists, create strong relationships and working partnerships at the community level, work with team members and project partners to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the intervention, implement mechanisms and tools for data collection and processing, help prepare quarterly and annual donor reports, within established deadlines, ensure appropriate, correct and timely reporting on indicators and results, advise on the acquisition and use of equipment, software and other programme tools, advise management on opportunities to improve the programme, document and share lessons learned and success stories, produce reports, liaise closely with the organization's other programme functions, in particular with communications and behaviour change. Ms. Leodemila also has a great deal of experience in using various electronic data processing platforms, most notably Google Forms, not excluding the ability to handle and manage others made available by the partner.or the International Research and Exchange Council (IREX), Maputo Mozambique. Leodemila's professional career includes interacting with teams of field officers spread across the center and south of the country, developing and using instruments in physical and electronic format for data collection in the field; developing systems for recording, sharing and visualizing data on real-time platforms. Ms. Zacarias has experience in organizing and facilitating health-related training for media professionals. She is a dynamic trainer who encourages the active involvement of all training participants.
